Bold women. Big wins. The branding secrets
Every Thursday I sit down with a woman consultant who built something real and we talk about what it actually took. Seventy plus conversations and not one of them sanded down for polish.
Every woman on this show has a version of her story she uses at networking events and a version that's true. Sue Bortone got laid off in the shutdown. Michele Kehrer survived cancer four times. We start where the polished bio stops.
I ask every guest about the moment her brand had momentum and people finally understood what she does. A text from a realtor. A dinner series she almost cancelled. Five years in, then one week where it turned. It is never the logo.
The last thing I ask every guest is how she defines success for her brand today and how that's changed since she started. Nobody answers with a revenue number on the first try. It comes out as the day she wants to have, the projects she gets to say yes to, the scramble she no longer has to do. Steal her yardstick. It's probably better than the one you're using.
I'm Réland, and I'm obsessed.
I say that roughly forty times an episode, so consider this your warning. When I'm not here or on a stage, I'm in leggings on the sideline of my son's game. He asked me for a private jet last year and I didn't tell him we don't have money for that, because that's the whole point. A woman with her own money makes different decisions.
Hey there!
Not a logo, not a color palette, not a fresh coat of paint on a business that hasn't decided what it sells. Offer first, message second, visibility last. Most of the advice sold to women runs that backwards, and that's where you start leaking Dream Dollars. The women on this show either built it in the right order or learned it the expensive way. Both are useful.
Women-led businesses trust me to build a brand that attracts Champagne Clientele and Dream Dollars.
The Luxe Leap is the kind of business podcast that goes beyond surface level advice and gets into what it truly takes to build a brand people value, trust, and want to invest in. What I appreciate most is that the show never treats 'luxury' as simply looking expensive. It explores the strategy, intention, customer experience, and courage required to create something exceptional.
