Stefani Coverson had built a reputation as a powerhouse consultant, helping organizations navigate the complexities of diversity, equity, and inclusion. But something was missing. Time and again, women—especially women of color—came to her with deeply personal stories of toxic workplaces. These weren’t challenges she could solve through consulting alone. Stefani envisioned a space where these women could find community, resources, and actionable strategies to advocate for themselves.

Sis Know Your Worth – Turning Stumbling Blocks into Stepping Stones

That vision became “Sis Know Your Worth,” a platform designed to empower women to flip the script on workplace challenges. But turning this vision into reality? That’s where we came in.

Through my BrandStorm process, we uncovered the heart of Stefani’s new brand: bold empowerment through strategy and connection. With a clear roadmap in hand, we moved into the Making Waves Intensive, where the transformation truly took shape.

We built a  community on the Kajabi platform that wasn’t just functional but inspiring—complete with a dynamic website, custom-designed visual assets, and messaging that spoke directly to the women Stefani was determined to serve. From email sequences to presentation decks, every element of the brand reflected her mission to turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones.

The result? A brand so meaningful that Stefani had its logo tattooed as a permanent reminder of its impact. “Sis Know Your Worth” is now a thriving platform where women of color find tools, courses, and community to rewrite their workplace narratives—and their futures.
